The top plate houses the register ring, anchor bush, guide bush. The top plate is a bit  wider than the other plates so as to serve the purpose of clamping the Mould to the platen of the  injection-Moulding machine. Top plate holds the fixed half of the Mould together.  In Top Plate, Locating Ring Is Attached. Normally for Top Plate, MS Material Is Using. Cavity plate :  The Mould is composed of a cavity and a core. The cavity is a concave cavity plate. Cavity plate is used to fit the c

Types Of Runner In Injection Mould

Based on molten  plastic Feeding System injection Moulds can be classified in two Categories: Cold Runner Mould Hot Runner Mould Types Of Runner In Injection Mould Understanding the differences between these technologies can help you have a more productive and informed  discussion with your plastic injection specialist to determine the most feasible option for your unique application. Cold Runner Mould  : In a Cold Runner Mould, the runner is cooled and ejected with the part. Every cycle, a part and a runner are produced.  After the complete cycle runner is removed from injection Moulded part. In this runner system is a unheated physical channel that is used to direct molten plastic into injection Mould tool cavity after it leaves the nozzle. The obvious disadvantage of this system is the waste plastic generated. The runners are either disposed of, or reground and reprocessed with the original material. This adds a step in the  Mould Manufac

Types Of Injection Mould

There are many types of Injection Mould, Such as Two-Plate Mould or Three-Plate Mould. Moulds are Designed as  Two-Plate Mould  or  Three-Plate Mould , depending on the type of component to be manufactured. Types Of Injection Mould Two-Plate Mould  : Two plate Mould is the easiest injection Mould structure and has many advantages. It's consist with A side and B side 2 main parts, when it is load in ejection machine to do Moulding, A side is fixed and held still, B side is movable. Two-Plate Mould  has only one parting line. If a runner is used, it is connected to the moulded product and requires manual removal and separation after the part is ejected. This type of injection Mould is the least expensive to make and is commonly used for parts with relatively simple geometries. Three-Plate Mould : Three-Plate Mould  has two parting lines, one for the runner system and one for the moulded product. When the Injection Mould  opens, the
